What, no video games?
I’m finally seeing a mainstream report that doesn’t somehow suggest that video games, movies, and/or “the man” are somehow responsible for school kids shooting one another. The Secret Service at the National Threat Assessment Center has apparantly figured out what intelligent people have known all along:
…virtually all shooters have difficulties coping with a relationship or a falling out among peers.
Well how about that? I do feel sorry for these kids though. Some of them just need a hug and a little lovin’. But the more detached and socially inept they remain, the less likely a chance of anyone caring about them anyway. C’est la vie, sadly. Have you noticed they are (almost) always male? Maybe if some of you ladies aknowledged our existence we wouldn’t be so mean.
