Exciting news for the near future: the creators of the popular InsomniMax and mendax.wow suites have agreed to combine forces following the release of the 1.11 WoW patch. Starting with the beta release on the day of 1.11 and following, the two suites will become one to be named… well, wait and see. Check back on the day of the patch as WyldKard and Max will be working hard to bring everyone a usable UI suite on the evening of the 1.11 release day. Happy questing to all.
02/12/2007 Update: The mendax.wow article was relocated, as was the InsomniMax article.

Max and I have had preliminary discussions about merging our UI compilations, given that they share many mods. Oftentimes, we’ve incorporated mods from one another’s compilations, such as my eventual move to ItemSync, and Max’s move to the Perl frames package.
Once the patch goes live, Max and I will sit down and see if we can come to an agreement as to which mods to include in a possible merger, and if we concur, a collaborative package will be hosted here. In the meantime, suggestions from the users of the two respective compilations would be helpful, such that we can better determine what people do and do not like about the individual compilations.
