Faith reborn.

When the modern machinations of the mind fail us, the ancient faiths of our forefathers return like a phoenix rising. Though some will worship the old Greek or Roman gods like Zeus or Jupiter, others will seek out the pantheon of the Norsemen.

Perhaps it is the reclamation of the old that distracts us from the shit our modern religions influence in the Middle East, and the struggles man has undergone in the name of faith since the Dark Ages. Interestingly, the old ways find rejuvination is reasonably peaceful manifestations, though it was not long ago that old ways were reborn in the name of a new European empire.

With new religions cults like Scientology popping up and converting the masses, how long before their fictitious, mind-numbing mantras succumb to the polytheistic practices of our ancestors, reminding us of simpler times, with better artificial stories?
