In late 1999, mendax.org hosted a brief history of the Starshield gaming project, but after moving to WordPress long ago, this was an article lost from the site’s online archive. Well, we found a local copy of this post, which you can now find back online. Hopefully in the near future, we’ll get around to posting a followup retrospective on the Starshield project, which we’ve been meaning to do for quite some time.
